As a new installation with poor contamination results, Southern Water have chosen to clean the BioGas using a PpTek BGMK 300 Manual Siloxane Filter.
The size of siloxane filter combines the cost effective capital cost of the 150 range with increased gas flow capacity. The gas flow rates are 175 m3/hr and being part of a major new CHP capability across the South of England, this was the first of many Southern Water sites to benefit from a PpTek siloxane filtration system.
